Sutton Foster has won Tony Awards for her performances in Anything Goes & Thoroughly Modern Millie. Sutton Foster first appeared on the television screen on Star Search at age 15 as well as has been seen as a character in Bunheads, Psych, Johnny and the Sprites, Flight of the Conchords, Sesame Street, Law and Order SVU as well as Royal Pains. As a solo artist, Sutton has performed all over the US and internationally, as well as along with her musical director Michael Rafter... with songs from her debut solo CD "Wish" and her follow up CD "An Evening with Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." She has appeared on stage at Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, the Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub among others. Ball State University conferred her with an honorary PhD in 2011. As well as being a professor and advisor within the Department of Theatre and Dance, she was also awarded this degree by Ball State University. In March of 2015, she started playing the role of "Younger" in TVLand, a new show developed by Darren Star.
